Obituary
Edgar L. Sigmond Sr., 81, born Sept. 29, 1931, died Aug. 11, following a short illness. He was a lifetime resident of Sissonville. He was preceded in death by his wife, Susan Sigmond, and son, Edgar Sigmond Jr. "Eddie."
He is survived by his daughters, Connie Hurd and Debbie Holley of Ohio and Kimberly Taylor of Charleston; son, Steven Sigmond of Charleston; and eight grandchildren.
Service will be noon Friday, Aug. 17, at Floral Hills Garden of Memories Mausoleum, Sissonville. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the mausoleum.
Long & Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville is in charge of arrangements.
