Clem Edward "Ed" White, 75, of Charleston departed this life on May 25, 2010 to be with the Lord after a long illness.
He was born August 25, 1934 in Charleston to the late Herbert White and Audrey Melton White. Ed was a veteran and served his country with the US Army and Air Force. Ed had a kind heart, loved children and had many friends. He will be greatly missed.
Preceding him in death in addition to his parents were daughter, Angela D. White; five sisters and eight brothers.
Left to cherish his memory are wife, Brenda Kay White at home; son Brian White of Charleston; daughter, Carla Matthews of Florida; sister, Alberta Clark of New Galilee, PA; several nieces and nephews; and his dog, Sheba that will miss him greatly.
The Funeral Service will be 10am Saturday, May 29 at Long and Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 6-8pm Friday at the funeral home.
