Drucilla Mae Harper, 83, of Sissonville passed away May 4, 2009 in CAMC Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
Drucilla retired from the state of West Virginia. She also was a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by: husband, Denver Harper; son, Alan Harper; and a grandson, Michael Wayne Daniels.
Survived by: children, Joyce Ann Beavers of Virginia, Gary Wayne Harper, Brilla Daniels, Constance Bryan, Sheila Kay Slater, Stephen Curtis Harper, and Larry Robert Harper, all of Sissonville; sister, Linda Dewitt of Michigan; brother, Vernon Carpenter of Sissonville; and numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
The Funeral Service will be 11am Thursday, May 7, 2009 at Elizabeth Baptist Church, Wolf Pen, Sissonville with Reverend Walter Means officiating. Burial will follow in Carpenter Cemetery, Wolf Pen.
A gathering of Family and Friends will be 6-8pm Wednesday at the church.
