Obituary

Dovie Mae McDowell, 76, of Charleston passed away October 3, 2008 after a short illness.
She was a longtime member of the St. Anthony Catholic Church, enjoyed cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by: daughter, Linda D''Arco; and brother, Homer Tate.
Survived by: Husband, David McDowell, at home; sons, Louie and Raymond D''Arco both of Charleston; sisters, Barbara Studinger of Springfield, California, and Lois Tate of Florida; grandchildren, Little Louie D''Arco, Shawnette Lovejoy, Justin Little, and Jason, Joshua, and Raymond D''Arco; and six great grandchildren.
The Funeral Service will be 10am Tuesday, October 7 in the Floral Hills Garden of Memories Mausoleum Chapel, Sissonville with Rev. David Wuletich officiating. Entombment will follow in the Mausoleum.
A visitation will be half an hour prior to the service in the Mausoleum Chapel.
