E. Douglas "Doug" Casto, 78, of Sissonville passed away November 24, 2007 at CAMC after a short illness. He was a retired Supervisor at the Union Carbide Seven Unit with 35 years of service. He was a member of the Charleston Masonic Lodge # 153, Beni Kedem Shrine and The Scottish Rite Bodies. Doug was also an avid hunter and fisherman. He was preceded in death by his parents: Leo B. Casto and Clytie B. Slater, and a daughter: Bettina Gail Casto. He is survived by: Longtime Companion, Katherine H. Jones of Sissonville, WV. Son: Douglas Alan Casto of Charleston, WV Daughter: Jennifer Louise Casto Settle and her husband Jim of Hurricane. Step Son: Sturgill L. Jones and his wife Jeanie of Sissonville Step Daughter: Renee Jones Holmes and husband Larry of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Grand Children: Melissa C. Settle, Zachary C. Settle, Nathan J. Settle. 3 Great Grand Children: Hanna Schick, Cas Schich, and Eric Schick Step Grand Children: Justin Holmes, Sturgill D. Jones, Samara M. Jones Sister: Helen L. Dunkle and her husband Carl of Lavalette, WV Brothers: Harold L. Casto and his wife Clarce of Greenfield, Indiana. Leo Cast, Jr. and his wife Mary of Anderson, Indiana Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday November 28, 2007 at Long and Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville with the Rev. Carroll Jones and Randy Dunkle officiating. Burial will follow in the Slater Cemetery, Allen''s Fork, WV. Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
