Obituary
Dorothy "Cookie" Marie Burton, 72, of Charleston passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Hubbard Hospice House.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Lenval Burton; parents, Herbert and Gladys Warfield; and seven sisters.
Cookie will be missed by her children, Laura Cunningham (Steven) and Michael Allen Burton; sister, Wanda DeVault; brother, Bobby Warfield; and grandchildren, Jared Cunningham and Abigail Cunningham.
Funeral services will be held at 11am on Monday, March 19, 2018 at Long & Fisher Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to service. Internment will be at Floral Hills Garden of Memories.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Hubbard Hospice House: 1606 Kanawha Blvd W. Charleston, WV 25387.
