Obituary
Donald Paul Cook, 65, of Charleston, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at his home, surrounded by his loving family.
Born Dec. 7, 1949 in Princeton, he was the son of Louise Farley and the late Edward Cook. Donald was a member of South Charleston Lions Club and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He will be missed by his loving wife of 12 years, Myrna Cook; stepson, "Tex"; two sisters, Kathy and Debbie; three nephews, Scott, Craig and Andy; and a very special nephew and friend, Jimmy Armstead.
Memorial service will be held at noon Saturday, June 20, at God's Tabernacle of Praise, 5649 Kanawha Turnpike, St. Albans, WV 25177.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hubbard Hospice House, 1001 Curtis Price Way, Charleston, WV 25311, 304-926-2200.
