Donald Ray Cook, 60 of Charleston passed away Thursday February 10, 2011 at St Francis Hospital of natural causes.
He was a self employed Ceramic Tile installer.
He was a loving father, grandfather, and a long time Coach in the Sissonville and Charleston community.
He was preceded in death by his mother Herma Hamon Cook. He is survived by Sons: Shane Kristen Cook and wife Erica of Charleston Charles Brett Cook and wife Crystal of Charleston
Father: Charles p. Cook and wife Janie of Charleston
Long time companion: Lisa Fazio of Charleston
Grandsons: Austin Cook, Kolten Cook, Christian Jones, Isiaha Drake, Gavin Belisle Grand Daughters: Sophia Cook, Dakota Parsons
Brother: Gary A. Cook of New Jersey
Previous wife and best friend Susan Cook: also mother of his children
Viewing will be from 5:30 PM to 7 PM Tuesday, February 15, 2011.
Service will be 7PM following viewing at the Long and Fisher Funeral Home with the Rev. Bob Deal officiating.
Private family burial will be at a later date.
