Deloris Arlene Talbert, 87, of Charleston, WV, went home to be with the Lord on February 11, 2026. She was born on March 18, 1938, to the late Arl and Violet Cavender.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Katie Cavender, Joyce Foster, and Shirley Bailey.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Bonny E. Talbert; her son, Michael Talbert and his wife, Sherry Talbert, of Sissonville; her siblings, Earl Cavender, Martha Chapman, Helen Bukovinsky, and Robert Cavender; her granddaughter, Laura Brogan; her grandson, Shawn Talbert; and her great-grandchildren, Sutton, Hallie Joe, and Doss Brogan.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at the Floral Hills Garden of Memories Mausoleum. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum.
