Delbert "Dee" Boggess, 70, of Sissonville passed away February 18, 2008 at home.
Dee was an 1999 Retiree of the West Virginia American Water Company with 37 ½ years service. He was also a USMC Veteran.
Dee is survived by: Wife, Judy Boggess at home; Daughters, Kim Bostic and Diane Sigmon both of Sissonville; Granddaughters, Desiree Shawver, Jessica Bostic, and Ashley Bostic all of Sissonville; Grandson, Matt Sigmon of Sissonville; Great Grandsons, Brandon Shawver and Braden Sigmon both of Sissonville; Brother, Emory Boggess of Tupper''s Creek; Sister, Juanita Boggess of Trace Fork.
The Funeral Service will be 1pm Friday, February 22 at Long and Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville with Rev. Mike Good officiating. Burial will follow at the Dee Boggess Family Cemetery, Sissonville with military graveside rites provided by the WV National Guard Honor Guard, South Charleston. There will be a gathering of friends and family two hours before service time at the funeral home.
