Debra Ann Harper, from Sissonville, WV, passed away December 22, 2015 after having a stroke. Debra was born February 18, 1967 and attended Sissonville High School. Her parents are Janet Lou Bostic and Lawrence Lee Bostic. She was proceeded in death by her father Lawrence Bostic and grandparents Haskell Gibson, Ida Harper, Louise Bostic, and Lawrence Ray. She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years Gary Harper, children Gary Harper Jr. and Jessica Harper. Mother Janet Bostic. Mother and father in-laws Bruce and Joan Harper. Brother Keith Bostic. Two sisters Martha Craig and Mary Carpenter. Nieces, Stephanie Bostic, Ashley Carpenter, Marissa Crockett, Kristen Craig, Maddison and Sienna Bostic. Nephews, Chris, Matt, and Danny Bostic, Daniel Madayag, Jeffrey and Steven Craig. Debra was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend who loved making her waxed bears and candles in her home of Kelly's creek. She will be greatly missed. The funeral will be held at Long and Fisher Funeral Home Wednesday December 30, 2015 visitation hours will be 11 to 12pm and the funeral will be at noon. Open to friends and family.
