Deborah Anna Marie Kiser, 62, of Sissonville passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 30, 2021 with her loving daughter by her side. She was the daughter of the late Herb and Bernice Kiser.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Robby Elswick (Deloris), Shannon Baldwin (Johnnie), and Mechell Brisendine; grandchildren,  Arielle Baldwin, Raven Baldwin, Jacob Pennington, Amiya Holland and Ayden Holland; brother, Herbie Kiser, Michael Kiser, Johnny Kiser, Carolos Kiser; sisters, Deloris Baldwin and Belinda Buzzard.

Graveside services will be held at 2pm on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at Baldwin Derrick Cemetery in Sissonville. Due to COVID, masks are required and social distancing practiced.  Arrangements entrusted to Long & Fisher Funeral Home.
