Dawn Michelle Haynes, 53, of Charleston, passed away on February 24, 2023. Born October 23, 1969 in Charleston, she was the daughter of Brenda Barnett and the late William Danberry. Dawn retired as a manager from REM West Virginia. She was strong-willed with a big heart. No matter what struggles she faced, she still gave sincere and compassionate advice to others. She enjoyed painting, geneology, and vacationing at Daytona Beach. Above all, she loved her kids, grandbabies, and her dogs. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Danny Haynes; children, Dustin, Amanda, Destiny, Daylin, Wyatt, Isaiah, Gabriel, Tyler, Jude and Lacie; grandchildren, Lydia, Dylan, Kaylie, Audrey, Mya, Naomi, Bodie, Julian, Crimson, and Clover; siblings, Billy (Cheryl) and Farrah (Doug), and her dogs, Serena Blu, Marcus and Thomas. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at Long and Fisher Funeral Home in Sissonville, with Pastor Shawn Woods, officiating.
