Danny E. Carpenter, 63, of Tupper''s Creek passed away unexpectedly March 1, 2012.
Danny was in the automotive salvage business and especially enjoyed watching NASCAR in his spare time.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur and Ernie Carpenter; brothers, Tommy, Darrell, and Dallas Carpenter; and a sister, Eula Thaxton.
Left to cherish his memory are sisters, Kathryn Lowe and her husband, Paul, and Naomi Davis; brothers, Basil, Thadis and his wife, Mary, Bobby Carpenter and his wife, Nola, all of Sissonville; and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
The Funeral Service will be 1pm Monday, March 5 at Long and Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville with Rev. Roy Moles officiating. Burial will follow in the Carpenter Cemetery, Tupper''s Creek.
A gathering of family and friends will be 5pm to 7pm Sunday at the funeral home.
