Mazie "Daisy" VanKirk, 95, of Boca Raton, FL, formerly of St. Albans, passed away November 21, 2007 after a long illness. Mazie was born at Glen in Clay County, and spent most of her time working in the garden. She was active in the St. Albans Garden Club.
Preceded in death by: Husband, Alden VanKirk; Son, Bobby VanKirk; Parents, Albert and Osie Durham; Brothers, Howard and Harry Durham; and Sister, Ruby Hinkle.
Survived by: Daughter, Helen Fekete and Husband Robert of Boca Raton, FL; Sisters, Thelma Mullins of Rand, Opal and Della Mullins both of Campbell''s Creek; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be 11am Saturday, December 1 at Cunningham Memorial Park Lower Mausoleum Chapel, St. Albans with Rev. Ira Keller officiating.
