Connie Jean Buzzard, 41, 0f Sissonville went to be with the Lord on December 27, 2008, at CAMC General Division. She was a 1985 graduate of Sissonville High School. She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law; Phillip Slate. She is survived by her parents; Mac and Berniece Buzzard of Sissonville Brother: Rick Buzzard and wife Carolyn of Sissonville Sisters: Martha Slate of Sissonville Sandy Shawver and husband John of Elkview And many nieces and nephews Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Friday at the Long and Fisher Funeral Home with the Pastor Jeff Mosteller officiating. Burial will follow in the Floral Hills Gardens of Memories, Pocatalico. Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM Thursday at the Long and Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville.
