Christopher J. Huffman, 53, of Sissonville passed away December 31, 2015.

Chris was born October 31, 1962. He was a golf course superintendent for over 30 years working the last 20 years at Kanawha County Parks and Recreation at Coonskin Park.

Chris will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Phyllis Huffman; the love of his life, Anna; son, Curtis; grandchildren, Frazier and Melody; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

Service will be 1pm Sunday, January 3 at Long & Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville with Pastor Al Mendez officiating. Burial will follow in the Huffman Family Cemetery, Kenna.

A gathering of family and friends will be two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Please wear casual clothing as Chris always wore jeans and T-shirt.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association, 1248 Greenbrier Street, Charleston, WV 25311.
