Charlotte Pauline Bumgardner, 84 of St. Albans formerly of Dunbar went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Hubbard Hospice House.

She is survived by her daughter, Julie Riley and son n law, Richard "Rick" of whom she lived with and was her caregivers; granddaughters, Amanda Bumgardner of FL, Cathy and her husband, David Hood of FL; grandson, Stephen Bumgardner of St. Albans; great grandson, Michael Hood of FL; sister n law, Virginia "Ginny" Paige of Crosslanes; special nieces, Diana Buzzard and Pam Bird; along with several other nieces and nephews.

Charlotte was a member of Rebecca Chapel in Dunbar.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 7pm on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Long & Fisher Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin promptly at 7pm with Rev. Ronnie Nida officiating.
