Charles Allen Bumgardner, 74, of Charleston, WV, passed away on September 22, 2022. Born on June 22, 1948, he was the son of the late Charles Webster Bumgardner and Mildred Irene Fisher. Charles was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed football. Charles is survived by his daughter, Vanessa (Dale) Moats of Dunbar; sister, Charlotte Lucas of Sissonville; granddaughter, Brittany Smith of Teays Valley, and great-grandchildren, Rowyn and Layne Smith.
