Carol Sue Otey, 74, of Liberty, WV, passed away on December 17, 2022. She was preceded in death by her mother, Loretta Lamb and brother, Ronnie Shivley. She is survived by her daughter, Emily (Matt) Shaffer of Liberty, WV; granddaughters, Hayley Gibson, Gracie Shaffer and Aubreyana Shaffer, all of Ripley, WV; 2 sisters and 2 brothers. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at Long and Fisher Funeral Home in Sissonville. Visitation will be at 11:00 A.M., one hour prior to services.
