Carmel Latice Baldwin, 55, of Kenna, WV, passed away on Wednesday May 18, 2022 at Jackson General Hospital in Ripley. Born May 23, 1966 in Charleston, she was the daughter of Mary Francis Little and the late Joe Eugene Elliott Sr. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her brothers, Joe Elliott, Billy Joe Elliott, Joe Eugene Elliott Jr. and John Little. Carmel enjoyed gardening and making jewelry. Above all, she cherished the time she spent with her family. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, George Baldwin of Kenna; sons, Thomas Ray and Steven Elliott; best friends, Joyce Baldwin and Madeline Winters, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Burial will be held at Shinn-Little Cemetery in Jackson County, WV.
