Obituary

Brian Allan Wheatcraft, 50, of Sissonville passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at CAMC General surrounded by his loving family.

Born May 16, 1966 in Charleston; he was the son of the late Eugene and Mary Lou Wheatcraft. Brian was a diehard Pittsburg Steelers and Pirates fan. He had a love of animals. Brian was well liked to all who knew him. He called himself the "unofficial mayor of Sissonville".

In addition to his parents, Brian is preceded in death by his uncles, Bob Murphy, and Leon Sigmon; and cousin, Greg Sigmon.

Brian will be missed by his girlfriend, Angela York; Aunt Helen Murphy, Aunt Juanita Reed (Boyd), Aunt Delma Sigmon, Uncle Jo Wheatcraft, Aunt Phyllis and Uncle Bob Painter; Aunt Mildred and Uncle Bob Lynn, and Aunt Janet Wheatcraft; cousins, Linda Facemyer, Wayne Reed, Debbie Smith, and Pat Wheatcraft; best friends, Gail Ogden and Deb Waller; and his dog, Jack.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8pm on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at Long & Fisher Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11am on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at Long & Fisher Funeral. Pastor Bob Ball will be officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Floral Hills Garden of Memories.
