Bobbie Lee Murphy, 73, of Sissonville, died Oct. 20, 2007, at CAMC Memorial Hospital following a long illness.
He was retired from the State of West Virginia, as a supervisor for Legislative Services Printing Department.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Donnie C. and Mary Reed Murphy.
He is survived by wife, Helen Sigmon Murphy of Sissonville; daughter, Cindy Taylor of Red House; son, Bobbie Murphy Jr. of Cross Lanes; four granddaughters; two great-grandsons; and brothers, Ivan Dempsey Murphy of Davis Creek, and Don Murphy of Cross Lanes.
The funeral service will be held at noon on Tuesday, Oct. 23, at Long & Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville, with Minister Zane Shives officiating. Burial will be in Floral Hills Mausoleum, Pocatalico.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
