Bobby Harold McClanahan, 76, of Liberty passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2008, at Jackson General Hospital.
He was retired form West Virginia Tax Department, a member of the Mustang Car Club and the Masonic Lodge and was a 32nd-degree Mason.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Archie and Vivian McClanahan, and two brothers, Ronnie and Buck.
He is survived by his wife, Sue M. Landers McClanahan of Liberty; son, Bobby "Joey" McClanahan and his wife, "Dee," of Liberty; daughters, Pamela Sue Skidmore and her husband, James, of Poca and Sherry Lynn Skidmore and her husband, Pat, of Poca; sisters, Vonda Burdette of Sissonville, Linda Taylor of Sissonville, Juanita Youngblood of North Augusta, S.C., and Brenda Eary of Rocky Fork; brothers, Jimmy McClanahan of Charleston and Mike McClanahan of Charleston; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren
Funeral service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, January 26, at Long & Fisher Funeral Home with the Rev. Cletis Price officiating. Burial will follow in the Goff-McClanahan Cemetery, Martins Branch.
Friends may call one hour prior to funeral time at Long & Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville.
