Audrey Faye Jarrell, 83, of Charleston, West Virginia, passed away peacefully on February 27, 2026. She was born on July 23, 1943, to the late Denver and Cecelia Copper.

Audrey was a devoted member of Maranatha Baptist Church and cherished her faith, family, and community.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, James Jarrell; her son, Cuvey R. Jarrell; her sister, Viva Alva Lee Jackson; and her brothers, Truman, Carwin, Dennis, and Darryl.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Troy Jarrell (Amy) and James Jarrell (Deborah); her sisters, Nancy and Barbara; her grandchildren, Tori, Tyler, Joseph, Joshua, Cara, and Travis; and her great-grandchildren, Raegan and Scarlett.

Audrey will be remembered for her love, strength, and devotion to her family. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 6, 2026, at Long & Fisher Funeral Home. Funeral services begin at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Grandview Memorial Park.
