Archie A. Boggess, 50, of Kenna passed away August 4, 2008 at home after a short illness.
Archie loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing. He was the owner and operator of Sunco Excavating and Construction.
He is Survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth Boggess at home; Children, Nathan Boggess of Kenna, Shawn Boggess of South Charleston, Alexa Boggess of Kenna; Step-children, Raychael Carver of Liberty, and Larry Joe Ray of Kenna; Parents, Stanton and Rosemary Boggess of Kenna; Siblings, Larchie Boggess of Marmet, Bobby Boggess and wife Lisa of Kenna, and Burnadean Meeks and husband Chris of Sissonville; Grandmother, Liddie Boggess of Kenna; one nephew, and one niece; and a step-nephew and niece.
The Funeral Service will be 11am Thursday, August 7 at the Fisher Memorial Church, Dudden Fork with Pastor Bart Elkins officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville. Friends may call 6-8pm Wednesday at the church.
